Vibhor Live Limited ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are a company registered in England & Wales. You can reach us at bookings@vibhorlive.com for any privacy matter.

2. The law this policy follows

We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Where we process the personal data of individuals located in the European Economic Area, we also act in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "EU GDPR"). Our use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR). This policy explains what we collect, why, our lawful bases, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and the rights you have.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us, plus limited technical data needed to run the site:

Enquiry details you submit through our form: your name, email address, event type, approximate date, and anything you write in your message.
Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting and content-delivery providers to serve and secure the site.
Analytics data, only if you consent to it (see "Cookies and analytics" below).

We do not knowingly collect special-category data, and we do not ask for payment details through this site.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

To respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible booking — lawful basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
To operate and secure the website — lawful basis: our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure site.
To measure site usage — lawful basis: your consent.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and respond to you, including our cloud hosting and email delivery providers (for example, Amazon Web Services). Where content is embedded from third-party platforms (such as Instagram reels served by Meta Platforms), interacting with that content is subject to the third party's own privacy policy. We may disclose data where required by law.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the UK or EEA (for example, in the United States). Where they do, we ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place as required by the UK GDPR and EU GDPR — such as an adequacy decision/adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or Addendum, or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). 6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete it. Technical logs are kept for a short period by our providers. We do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.

7. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:

Access — to be told what personal data we hold about you and to receive a copy.
Rectification — to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
Erasure — to have your data deleted ("the right to be forgotten") where there is no overriding reason to keep it.
Restriction — to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
Portability — to receive your data in a portable format, or have it transferred, where technically feasible.
Objection — to object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
Withdraw consent — at any time, where we rely on your consent (this does not affect processing already carried out).
Not to be subject to automated decision-making — we do not make decisions about you by solely automated means.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk; in the EEA, your local Data Protection Authority.

8. Imagery of individuals

If you appear in a photograph or video used on this site and wish to be removed, please see our Disclaimer and contact us — we will review and action reasonable requests.

9. Cookies and analytics

In line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR, we use only strictly necessary cookies by default. Any analytics or other non-essential cookies are disabled until you give your consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. Embedded third-party content (such as Instagram reels) may set its own cookies when you choose to interact with it; that processing is governed by the relevant platform's own privacy and cookie policies.

10. Data Protection registration

Where required, Vibhor Live Limited is (or will be) registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller. Our ICO registration reference and registered company details are available on request.
